Company Profile

CHOICE Rehab, Inc. was started in 1992 by Megan Drake, a veteran of the health care industry with thirty years experience in SNF's (skilled nursing facilities), acute care, rehabilitation, hospice and psych.

Having been a clinician for the first eleven years and suffering from "compassion fatigue" she took a job with a large rehabilitation company as a middle manager and learned the business side of health care.  Five years later she found herself in a "layoff situation" so she "took the plunge" and opened her own business which she continues to run to the present time.

Megan's early roots of clinical service affected her concept and direction for CHOICE Rehab, Inc.  Quality care is truly the most important priority in her company. 

She achieves this by a combination of selectiveness.  She is selective in which facilities to contract with and hires only the most qualified, professional therapists who are dedicated to the same goal of quality patient care.
